This policy applies to all purchases made on TSCDealers.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. 14-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most products. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with seals intact.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number and email).
  • The product is not a prescription medication or a controlled substance (see exceptions below).

Important: For health and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Prescription medications (e.g., Farmapram, Xanax, fentanyl, stilpane, clonazepam) once the seal is broken. Unopened, sealed prescription items may be returned within 14 days, subject to inspection.
  • Research chemicals and crystalline powders – due to their nature, these are final sale. However, if the product is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
  • Gift cards and downloadable products.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • A description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.

4. Lost or Seized Packages

We offer a reshipment guarantee for orders that are lost in transit or seized by customs:

  • If your tracking shows no movement for 15 business days, contact us for an investigation.
  • If the package is confirmed lost, we will reship the order at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
  • If the package is seized by customs, we require a seizure notice from the authorities. Upon receipt, we will either reship or refund.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
  • Bitcoin payments will be refunded in Bitcoin at the current exchange rate at the time of refund.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive return instructions – We will provide you with the return address (note: returns are not accepted at the original shipping facility).
  3. Ship the item in its original packaging with tracking and insurance. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Wait for inspection – Once received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval status.
  5. Refund processed – If approved, your refund will be issued within 5 business days.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

7. Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee that all products sold are genuine and sourced from reputable manufacturers. If you have reason to believe a product is not authentic, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and, if confirmed, offer a 200% refund of the purchase price.

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at [email protected]. Exchanges are subject to availability.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stated time:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank; processing times may vary.
